About the Presenter, Alvin McBorrough, MBA'12


  Alvin is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of OGx Consulting. He is responsible for defining and implementing the firm’s strategic goals and objectives. He provides leadership and direction towards broadening the firm’s offerings, business development, quality assurance, and risk management initiatives. Alvin also drives employee recruitment and development programs, sustains high performance standards, develops and oversees corporate policies as well as the firm’s financial control mechanisms.

He is a senior Business and IT executive with a track record of successfully leading multi-million dollar client transformation engagements. Prior to co-founding OGx Consulting, Alvin held several management positions at Cisco, Level 3 Communications, TouchPoints Consulting, Comcast, AT&T, Government of Liberia, and British Telecom. Currently, Mr. McBorrough is also an Adjunct Professor teaching Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Daniels College of Business, at the University of Denver.

Alvin has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a MA Degree from the University of Denver, and a BA Degree from the University of Ghana.
