Michelle Antonio is a professional career coach who is passionate about leveraging her 16+ years of experience in recruiting, consulting and career management leadership roles to partner with alumni to help them achieve career success through the power of insightful self-assessment, clarifying one’s career goals and creating actionable job search strategies. Michelle graduated summa cum laude with an undergraduate business degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1991.

Upon graduation, Michelle spent 4 years at Information Resources, Inc. providing market research and consulting services to consumer packaged goods clients. Michelle went on to earn her MBA with honors in 1997 from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and spent the next 5 years in the consulting industry, working as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, and serving as the Recruiting Director of Deloitte Consulting's Chicago office, where she facilitated hiring decisions on hundreds of MBA student applicants annually.

After spending a year as a stay-at-home parent, Michelle returned to the workforce by joining The Wharton School's MBA Career Management team as the Career Advisor covering the Consulting and Public Interest sectors. Within three years, she was promoted to the leadership role of Director, overseeing the 20+ member staff and full operations of the Wharton MBA Career Management office at the University of Pennsylvania. During her 4 year tenure as Director, she developed critical relationships and insights across the broad set of industry employers who hire MBAs, which allowed her to further hone her career coaching and job search skills expertise.

Michelle launched Michelle Antonio Career Coaching, LLC in 2010 in order to focus her passion and energy on helping her clients achieve both their short and long term career goals.
